HONEYCROFT — Refund and Returns Policy

By purchasing from Honeycroft (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website, markets, and any Honeycroft event or pop-up stall.
1. Products and Quality
All Honeycroft products are handcrafted in small batches using high-quality ingredients. Minor variations in colour, texture, or design are natural and part of the handmade process. All baked and food items are produced in compliance with NSW Food Authority standards and labelled with ingredient and allergen information.
2. Orders and Payments
Orders are confirmed once full payment is received. We accept major payment methods including Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclusive of GST where applicable.
3. Shipping and Collection
We take care to package products securely, but once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by postal or courier services. Local pickup or event collection must occur at the agreed time and place. Items not collected may be forfeited or resold at our discretion.
4. Refunds and Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods and confectionery, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect handling after delivery. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described. In such rare cases, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at honeycroft@zendra.com.au with supporting photos or details, and we will assess the issue in line with our legal obligations. All refund decisions are at our discretion and subject to confirmation that the product was stored and handled as recommended.
5. Cancellations
Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellations are not permitted. This includes pre-orders and custom items. Please check all details carefully before submitting your purchase.

All product designs, images, branding, and content on the Honeycroft website and social media are the intellectual property of Honeycroft and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the applicable Australian Consumer Law.
